This is an image of "Berraco
In Beads" done by my good friend Regina Cranmer. This piece of art
was painstakingly done in very tiny beads all hand strung to create this
image. It took Regina months of meticulous work to create this beautiful
image of Berraco. Words can not express how much this gift means
to me. Thank you Regina. Here is a note from Regina about making the piece. Berraco in Beads has 7,019 Miyuki size 11 Delica beads, measured 11 beads to the inch, pretty small in the bead world. I used 21 different colors to achieve the effect of this portrait. It is the second largest piece I've done to date. It measures about 7" long and 4 1/2" wide. This piece was created using Beadscape for composition and using the flat peyote stitch. Each bead was individually picked up and weaved to form this creation.
